Hokay. Well. Let's see.
Werewolves are pretty much different.
A pack usually consists of three to four werewolves, but because of the threat of vampires and wizards, they have combined packs into one large one.
This one large pack is broken up into groups when they're not gathered together.
There is one Alpha-Male and one Alpha-Female. These are the leaders, and when somebody thinks one is corrupt, or thinks they could be better, they challenge them to a fight. Whoever wins gets the Alpha title.
The werewolves change at the full moon, but they are still in their right minds. At a New Moon, they can get out of control and transform, but when you are older, you learn how to control yourself and not transform.
The leaders often develop the power to transform into a wolf at anytime they want, making the challenge fights ideal.
They don't really have any organization, besides the Alphas. They just kind of develop the roles by themselves.
When they transform, they still think clearly. They can give into animilastic instincts, and that's when they go out of control. They just go into a regular wolf form, not mutant looking haha. However, they usually carry traits from their human body to their wolf body, such as their fur color, fur quality(curly, straight, thick, thin, etc), build (skinny, muscly, small, tall, etc), and eye color.
Every full moon, when they are in their wolf form, the Alphas hold a meeting at the top of a hill. The Alphas sit on a large rock, and the others wait below.
Werewolves weaknesses are putting a cold silver necklace around them when they're trying to transform (silver necklaces or amulets prevent them from transforming), and cold silver bullets.
The silver must be cold in order for it to work, because cold messes with their body temperature, and staying warm makes them strong.
